In this article, we will cover what is ZenBill and how you can streamline your payments with QuickBooks online.

What is ZenBill?

ZenBill is a cloud-based software that allows you to create invoices, collect payment and pay your vendors in only a couple of clicks.

How does the QuickBooks online integration work?

You have two options to connect your quickbooks online to ZenBill. The first one is to simply select "Connect with Intuit" The first time you are signing up to use ZenBill. Once you go through the sign up process, your account payables will be automatically tracked on quickbooks online.

The second way is to go to login with your credentials and then go to Settings and then select connect with QuickBooks.

Once you connected your quickbooks online account, ZenBill will automatically send your account payable to your quickbooks online account. All the payment that you made with ZenBill will be matched to your QuickBooks Online account.

ZenBill will push payments to Quickbooks online and also will sync vendors and categories to and from quickbooks online.

How can I disconnect my quickbooks online?

Simply go to Settings and select "Disconnect my quickbooks online account"
